Solution:

Lets suppose the rice types be Rice1 and Rice2

Data can be arranged as under; Now the price of mixture should be equale to sum of prices of both types separately;

i-e;

mixture price = price of Rice 1 + Price of Rice 2      So the ratio should be 1:3
